6x6 One Sheet Wonder Template featuring Streamside Studios, Mintopia, and Reverse Confetti

Cards from One Sheet Wonder Template #9 by Jess Crafts

Hello crafty friends! Today I am sharing how to use up 6x6 patterned papers without creating any patterned paper scraps. A friend shared that this style of cardmaking can be referred to as a one sheet wonder. I'm not sure who originated the style, as I have seen many crafters refer to it, but please let me know if I should be crediting a specific crafter. Today I am sharing how to cut up a 6x6 piece of paper that will result in 2 of the exact same card. However in order to mix up the patterns because this is single sided paper I am cutting 2 sheets for a total of 4 cards. I am using cardstock to mat the patterned paper pieces which will create some cardstock scraps. In this blog post you can find a template for how to cut your paper as well as a sketch to show what should be done with those cuts. Of course feel free to mix it up to your own liking.

Please let me know if you find this helpful and would like to see more. It's a fun challenge and I love working with patterned paper!

44 Christmas Cards from P13 Four Seasons Winter 6x6 Paper Pad

Cards with P13 Four Seasons Winter 6x6 Paper Pad by Jess Crafts

Hello crafty friends! Today I have another 6x6 paper pad tutorial this time featuring P13 Four Season Winter. This is a relatively new to me company but I am loving their designs. There are cut aparts in the paper pad as well as designs printed on the back of the covers that can be used as card elements. Their designs are beautiful and I can easily whip up a bunch of cards for card drives like Cards for Hospitalized Kids. If you want more info on donating cards or get jokes for your cards please check out my Card Drive Resources page. I LOVE that when I'm done there is nothing left of the patterned paper packs. To see it all in action check out the video.

Video/post is not sponsored but affiliate links are used to support my channel at no cost to you.

I made 4 of all designs because this paper pad came with 4 of each sheet. Keep scrolling to see pictures of different designs and get some measurements. I added in a sentiment stamp set from LDRS Creative, a cardstock pack from Scrapbook.com and gray cardstock. Using the cardstock allowed me to get much more out of these papers and I think it worked really well because of the subtle delicate designs and color palette. All leftover paper (not much) and extra diecuts cut from the covers was glued inside the cards for added decoration. Everything about the entire pad was used on these cards except the scraps from cutting the elements from the covers.

36 Fall Cards with Authentique Splendor 6x6 Paper Pad

6x6 Paper Pad Tutorial using Authentique Splendor by Jess Crafts

Hello crafty friends! Today I have another 6x6 paper pad tutorial this time featuring Authentique. I am obsessed with 6x6 pads because it is so easy to create a bunch of cards without using many extra supplies. I picked out this collection because I was in a very Fall mood at the time but as mentioned in the video I did find it to be a bit of a challenge to work with because it is not my usual style.  I donate most of my cards and if you want more info on donating cards or get jokes for your cards please check out my Card Drive Resources page. So today I'm using the Authentique Splendor 6x6 paper pad to make 36 cards! To see it all in action check out the video.

Video/post is not sponsored but affiliate links are used to support my blog/channel at no cost to you.

I made 4 of each of the 9 designs and I used My Favorite Things sketch for 8 of the cards. Under each pictures I will include the measurements I used and which MFT sketch I used. I will not link each individual sketch but please go the the MFT resources page which is also linked in my supply list. I used some banner dies from my stash. If you do not have similar dies cut your own banners with scissors however the Whimsy Stamps Quick Strips die set is a great way to have many sentiment options in one die set and highly recommend it. If you would just like to see some additional card sketches created by me or download PDFs of those sketches click here.

Hello crafty friends! I wanted to pop in with a quick card for the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop. One of my favorite coffee themed sets of all time is Newton's Nook Newton Loves Coffee from Super Sponsor Newton's Nook.
