Hello crafty friends! Today I have a card that combines the fun bokeh background technique with Gerda Steiner Designs clear stamps. Check out the video for more on this technique.
Tips from this card/video:
Use odd numbered groupings to create visually appealing arrangements
Create custom colored cardstock for sentiments or mats by using the same markers you colored with.
