23 Cards with 6x6 Pad Doodlebug Fun in the Sun

Summer Card by Jess Gerstner using Doodlebug Fun in the Sun 6x6 Paper Pad

Hello crafty friends! Today I have another 6x6 Paper Pad tutorial featuring Doodlebug. I am obsessed with Doodlebug 6x6 pads because it is so easy to create a bunch of cards without using many extra supplies. I think their designs are adorable and I can easily whip up a bunch of cards for card drives like Cards for Hospitalized Kids. So today I'm using Doodlebug Fun in the Sun 6x6 pad and Cardstock Stickers while making 23 cards! Once I had made the 23 cards there was very little left over and I really felt like I got the most out of my pad. To see it all in action check out the video.

I made 2 of most designs but there are 3 unique cards. Keep scrolling to see pictures of each design. Please leave a comment here or on YouTube if you'd like to see more of these. I have a pile of 6x6 pads I can share if people are interested in more videos and posts like this one.

Newton's Nook Inky Paws Challenge #44

Hello crafty friends! The next Newton's Nook Inky Paws Challenge is now live! The challenge is a color challenge. When I see a color challenge I'm always tempted to pull out my solid stamps. It's so easy to add large pops of color. Here I used the Party Pops stamp set to make a card that will hopefully usher us into some warm summer weather ahead. Head on over to the Inky Paws challenge blog for full details and to hear about how you can win.

Hello crafty friends! Today I have the cards I made with my Simon Says Stamp April 2017 Kit to share with you. In the video below I am sharing how I made these 13 cards with the kit. The only extra supplies I added were black ink, white cardstock, and coloring mediums. I tried to stick to basic s you could see what the kit alone will do. After the video there are pictures of the complete cards in case you want to save them for future reference.
