Hello crafty friends! Today I have something a bit different. I took the time to play along in the Neat and Tangled Little Tangles Challenge 81. I love Neat and Tangled stamps and find myself buying something almost every release because I have such a weakness for stamps designed by the super talented Elena of Just Me. However, I don't always take the time to share cards I make using those stamps because I'm not sure if the tutorials will be helpful, but today I've added a Distress Ink twist that hopefully intrigues some of you. I've always loved using traditional Distress inks with stencils and so I wanted to play around a bit with one of my old techniques with the new Distress Oxides. The technique still works but it's a bit different. You get a much softer look with the Oxides.
Hello crafty friends! Today I have another 6x6 Paper Pad tutorial featuring Doodlebug. I am obsessed with Doodlebug 6x6 pads because it is so easy to create a bunch of cards without using many extra supplies. I think their designs are adorable and I can easily whip up a bunch of cards for card drives like Cards for Hospitalized Kids. If you want more info on donating card please check out my Card Drive Resources page. So today I'm using Doodlebug FairyTale 6x6 pad and Mini Icon Stickerswhile making 22 cards! Once I had made the 22 cards there was very little left over and I really felt like I got the most out of my pad and stickers. To see it all in action check out the video.

Hello crafty friends! Today I have the cards I made with my Simon Says Stamp June 2017 Kit to share with you. In the video below I am sharing how I made these 14 cards with the kit. I tried to keep the extra supplies to a minimum and used the two inks that came with the kit a lot.

I am obsessed with 6x6 pads because it is so easy to create a bunch of cards without using many extra supplies. This time I switched it up with a new brand. This paper pad was a little more grown up but I think the cards will work for some older teens for card drives like Cards for Hospitalized Kids. So today I'm using My Mind's Eye On Trend 2and Create a Smile Decorated Wishes and Just Saying Hellowhile making 25 cards! Once I had made the 25 cards there was very little left over and I really felt like I got the most out of my pad. To see it all in action check out the video.
