6x6 Paper Pad Tutorial with No Scraps- 54 Cards with Michaels Recollections Explosion Box Paper Pad

Hello crafty friends! Today's post/video is a slightly different take on a 6x6 paper pad tutorial. I will be using my One Sheet Wonders to use up an entire paper pad. I'm using some previously shared One Sheet Wonders and introducing the brand new template #20. With this process I can easily whip up a bunch of cards for card drives like Cards for Hospitalized Kids. If you want more info on donating cards or get jokes for your cards please check out my Card Drive Resources page. I LOVE that when I'm done there is nothing left of the patterned paper packs. To see it all in action check out the video.

Slimline Card Template #1 Using 12x12 Paper featuring Echo Park Paper's Let's Be Mermaids

Card for Slimline from 12x12 One Sheet Wonder Template #1 by Jess Crafts

Hello crafty friends! Today I am sharing how to use up 12x12 patterned papers to make slimline cards without creating any patterned paper scraps. I am using cardstock to mat the patterned paper pieces which will create some cardstock scraps. In this blog post, you can find a template for how to cut your paper as well as a sketch to show what should be done with those cuts. Of course feel free to mix it up to your own liking.

5x7 Card Template #1 Using 6x6 Paper featuring Heffy Doodle and MFT

Card for 5x7 One Sheet Wonder Template #1 by Jess Crafts

Hello crafty friends! Today I am sharing how to use up 6x6 patterned papers without creating any scraps. This method is similar to the idea of a One Sheet Wonder and I will refer to them in that way since it makes sense to many crafters. To the best of my knowledge, the One Sheet Wonder is a concept Stampin' Up demonstrators have been using for years and so credit to them for the name and inspiration of the idea. Today I am sharing how to cut up a 6x6 piece of paper that will result in one 5x7 card. I am using cardstock to mat the patterned paper pieces which will create some cardstock scraps. In this blog post, you can find a template for how to cut your paper as well as a sketch to show what should be done with those cuts. Of course feel free to mix it up to your own liking.

Today I am sharing how to cut up a 6x6 piece of paper that will result in 2 of the exact same card. I am using cardstock to mat the patterned paper pieces which will create some cardstock scraps. In this blog post, you can find a template for how to cut your paper as well as a sketch to show what should be done with those cuts. Of course feel free to mix it up to your own liking.

Using 6x6 Ones Sheet Wonders with 12x12 Paper

Hello crafty friends! Today's post is just a bit different. I sometimes get requests for more ideas for using 12x12 paper. I am happy to share those ideas as they come, but one of the reasons I love to share 6x6 One Sheet Wonders is because they can be used with 12x12 paper as well. So today I have picked 4 of my 6x6 One Sheet Wonders and used them with a 12x12 single sided paper to make a set of 8 cards.

Click here to be taken to my One Sheet Wonder Page where you can download all these templates.

12x12 Template #2 featuring Echo Park

Hello crafty friends! Today's post/video are much requested and I hope will be well received. I have been asked for ideas for using 12x12 paper for awhile and I recently picked up an Echo Park Warehouse Box that had a lot of 12x12 paper to share. Today I will show you how to use 3 pieces of 12x12 paper to make 12 cards with NO patterned paper scraps!

I know a lot of 12x12 paper collections some with 3x4 cut aparts so I designed my template and sketches with that in mind. However if you are trying to use 12x12 paper without these sized cut aparts, you can simply cut a sheet to 3x4 or use 3x4 journaling cards. The template will give you the cuts to make 12 cards and a 12x12 paper will yield 12 cut aparts so no scraps. I will share the template and sketches in the post, but you can also download a printable PDF that has the template and sketches.

Reverse Confetti Challenge: Encouragement and Congratulations

Hello Beautiful Card by Jess Crafts featuring Reverse Confetti Girl Power and Say it All

I was recently inspired to color this adorable stamp from the Reverse Confetti Girl Power stamp set and give her a new hairdo. So I checked out the latest Stock Your Stash challenge to see if the theme would fit. The theme this month is Encouragement/Congratulations so I decided to pair her up with an encouraging phrase from the Say It All stamp set. I love how you can color the sentiments in that set to coordinate perfectly with the colors from the image. I think keeping the color palette limited really makes a clean and simple card stand out a bit more. There's still  several weeks left so be sure to check out the challenge!

Scotch ATG DIY Decorative Cover Free Template

Scotch ATG DIY Decorative Cover Free Template by Jess Crafts

Hello crafty friends! Today I am sharing a free template to help you make a personalized insert for your Scotch ATG. I've had a paper insert inside my ATG for years. The ATG came with an insert and I simply traced it on some pattern paper. After sharing an ATG Tips and Tricks video someone asked if I could make a template of mine for those who have disposed of the original, but would like to make a decorative one. I much prefer this insert to decorating the outside of my ATG as I don't have to worry about anything getting worn out and falling off over time. My original insert lasted 6+ years and was good as new. I only changed it to share this tutorial.

If you would like a bit more guidance please check out the video:

If you use this template please feel free to share the results by leaving a comment or tagging me @jess.crafts on Instagram
