Scrap It With a Song #15

This week at Scrap It With a Song we are using the song Somewhere Over the Rainbow the Katherine McPhee version. I created a mini album for this week about graduating from college. I focused on the dreams really do come true lyric. There are so many fabulous ways to use this song and if nothing else a rainbow project is really fun!
