Using lots of circles on a layout can make for a really fun playful look. Unlike with most punches the Kreaxions Circle Cutter allows you to cut a variety of sizes with just one compact easy to store tool. I used my circle cutter for the pictures as well. Circles are especially fun with water layouts because they remind you of bubbles.
