Paper Smooches Sparks has a super fun Anything Goes challenge this week. I was playing with the idea of fading colors into each other. I love finding new looks using Distress Ink and so I combined Mustard Seed, Wild Honey, and Spiced Marmalade. I stamped the sentiment from the ever adorable Paper Smooches Chubby Chums in the same colors. Then I colored the bird from the set in some contrasting blue Copics. I mounted the panel on some coordinating but simple patterned papers so the technique and the super cute birdie would take center stage. Simon Says Stamp Monday challenge is also Anything Goes so I will be entering this over there as well. Enjoy your weekend!
